The Subject to Regularisation (STR) visa is for Expatriates employed by individuals, corporate bodies or government, seeking to take up employment in Nigeria.

Requirements
- Valid Passport with at least 6 months validity
- Four (4) copies of completed online visa application
- Four (4) copies of online payment receipt
- Four (4) recent passport photographs
- Four (4) copies of Letter of Invitation from company, accepting full immigration responsibilities
- Four (4) copies of Offer/Letter of Employment
- Four (4) copies of Letter of Acceptance of employment, signed by expatriate
- Four (4) copies of letter of Expatriate Quota Approval from Ministry of Interior
- Four (4) copies of Certificate of Incorporation of the company
- Four (4) certified copies of credentials and certificates (English Certified translated copy where applicable. The translation and certification shall be done by the Greek Foreign Ministry. If copies of the university degrees are in English, they must be certified either by the school or by the competent cultural organisation of the English-speaking country. e.g. the British Council for England)
- Four (4) copies of CV
- Four (4) copies of applicant’s criminal record (translated and certified by the Greek Foreign Ministry)
- Four (4) copies of Health Certificate (translated and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
- Four (4) copies of Passport Data page.
- Four (4) copies of Flight Ticket reservation
- Four (4) copies of Yellow Fever Vaccination card
- Â Four (4) copies of Travel Insurance
Note: The documents should be arranged in four (4) sets, containing each of the outlined requirements.
For Family:
- Valid Passport with at least 6 months validity
- Four (4) copies of completed online visa application
- Four (4) copies of online payment receipt

- Four (4) copies of Letter of Invitation from company for each applicant
- Four (4) copies of Letter of Invitation from Father/Husband for each applicant
- Four (4) copies of Father’s CERPAC or Residence Permit in Nigeria for each applicant
- Four (4) copies of Expat. Quota per applicant
- Four (4) copies of criminal record for adults (translated and certified by the Greek Foreign Ministry)
- Four (4) copies of Health Certificate per applicant
- Four (4) copies of Family status (translated and certified by the Greek Foreign Ministry)
- Four (4) copies of Father/Husband passport data page
- Four (4) copies of applicants’ passport data page
- Four (4) copies of Yellow Fever Vaccination card
- Â Four (4) copies of Travel Insurance
Procedures
- Apply through online visa application system on https://portal.immigration.gov.ng/ and print completed form.
- Pay online and print payment receipt.
- Proceed with the completed form, payment receipt and all required documents for in-person submission, biometrics and interview at the Embassy.
- 50 Euros service fee applies. In addition, documents will be stamped for 30 Euros each, according to the number of documents to be stamped. The maximum charge is 1,200 Euros.
 Important Note:
- Visa appointment days at the Embassy are on Mondays and Wednesdays; from 10am – 2pm
