• Valid Nigerian Passport
• Photocopy of passport data page
• Two passport size photographs

• Notary services at the Embassy are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays; from 10am – 2pm
• Application form can be obtained at the Consular section of the Embassy. This form is free.
