On 3rd August 2022, Ambassador Opunimi Akinkugbe met with Mr. Michael E. Economakis, Chairman of the Greek-Nigerian Chamber of Commerce and Technology (GNCCT), at the Chancery.

Discussion centered on issues relating to areas of possible collaboration between Nigeria and Greece, particularly in the education space. Head Consular, Mr. Felix Logo and Second Secretary, Ms. Zerah Waminaje were also in attendance, at the meeting.
