On 1st April, 2022, the DG, Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation Mr. Folarin Coker paid a courtesy visit to the Nigerian Embassy in Athens.
Mr. Coker was warmly received by Ambassador Opunimi Akinkugbe and spent time with Team Athens, including Mr. Patricious Ujagbor (Minister, Political & Economic), Mr. Felix Logo (Head Consular), Mr. Mohammed Bello (Immigration Attache), Ms. Olga Papadopoulou,(Social Secretary), Ms. Zerah Waminaje, (Second Secretary) and Mrs. Patience Ochekwu (Head of Chancery). There was a robust discussion in which Mr. Coker shared his thoughts about the immense opportunities that exist to promote tourism between Greece and Nigeria to foster social and economic growth between the two countries.
