On 19th May 2022, Ambassador Opunimi Akinkugbe held a meeting with the co-founder of the Greek fashion brand, “Zeus + Dione,” Dimitra Kolotoura at the company’s stunning office in Monastiraki, a charming neighborhood in the old town at the heart of Athens. Gifted Nigerian designer Banke Kuku joined the meeting virtually.

The Ambassador was accompanied to the meeting by Mrs. Patience Ochekwu (Head of Chancery), Ms. Zerah Waminaje (Second Secretary) and Ms. Olga Papadoupolou (Social Secretary).

The purpose of the meeting was to facilitate collaboration between Nigerian and Greek fashion brands.
