Requirements for issuance of Emergency Travel Certificate (ETC)

• Completed application form/letter, stating reason(s) for the request and addressed to the Ambassador, Embassy of Nigeria, Greece.
• Copy of Data page of expired or lost/stolen Passport
• Police report in the case of lost/stolen Passport.
• Two recent passport size photographs
• Copy of travel plan/itinerary
• 50 Euros service fee applies.

For Minors:

• Two passport photographs
• Copy of child’s birth certificate
• Copy of Parents’ Nigerian Passport Data Page
• Letter of Consent from both parents, addressed to the Ambassador, Embassy of Nigeria, Greece. Names must match those on the child’s birth certificate
• In cases where only the mother’s name appears on the birth certificate, a court affidavit confirming that she has full custody of the child/children is required
• 50 Euros service fee applies.
