On 26th May 2022, Ambassador Opunimi Akinkugbe delivered the Closing Remarks at the virtual conference for the annual Africa Day Celebration organised by the African Group of Ambassadors in Athens, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic.

The theme for the occasion was “Strengthening Resilience in Nutrition and Food Security on the African Continent” and the Greek Foreign Minister, H.E. Nikos Dendias gave the Keynote Address at the event.
