Tourist Visa is available to citizens of all countries except ECOWAS Nationals who do not require visa to visit Nigeria and other countries which Nigeria has entered into Visa Abolition Agreements.
 Eligibility
Foreign travellers who wish to visit Nigeria for the purpose of tourism, visiting family and friends.
 Requirements
- Passport valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank visa pages for endorsement
- Completed visa application form
- Two (2) recent passport size photographs
- Copy of data page of applicant’s passport (and residence permit for non-Greek passport holders)
- A Letter of Invitation from a company/host in Nigeria accepting immigration responsibility and numbers of days for visit
- Copy of host’s passport (or Residence permit, if host is non-Nigerian)
- Letter of employment of host (in the case of self-employed individuals, a letter on a letter-headed paper along with the company’s certificate of incorporation)
- Copy of host’s Expatriate Quota
- Evidence of sufficient funds
- Return ticket reservation
- Evidence of hotel reservation/host address in Nigeria
- Nigeria Immigration Service Visa Payment Receipt and Visa Acknowledgement Receipt
- Travel insurance
- Yellow Fever Vaccination card
Procedures
- Apply through online visa application system on https://portal.immigration.gov.ng/ and print completed form.
- Pay online and print payment receipt.
- Proceed with the completed form, payment receipt and all required documents for in-person submission, biometrics and interview at the Embassy. 50 Euros service fee applies.

- Visa appointment days at the Embassy are on Mondays and Wednesdays; from 10am – 2pmÂ
